The restaurant serves up a variety of popular modern dishes and uses traditional gourmet ingredients from Guatemala and abroad. The lounge, which is connected to the restaurant is a very edgy and modern; it is unlike anything else you will find in Guatemala City.
ONE has a little bit of everything for everyone – families can eat at the restaurant, those who are there to mingle and meet other singles can chill on the lounge side.
The two different sides have different menus. At the lounge you can get more appetizer type food, as well as sushi and sashimi. At the restaurant make sure you try the cheesecake, it is delicious. My friend had the carpaccio and was thoroughly pleased.
