I am on the search to find a good map of La Antigua Guatemala to put up here for you guys! While Antigua isn’t large, having a good map can still be a very helpful tool.
AntiguaSelect.com has two different maps that you can print off:

From what I can see the maps are pretty accurate. They are provided to AntiguaSelect by the Candelaria Hotel and show North and South, label the Avenues and Streets, and highlight the main points.
The whole town of La Antigua only has about 8 avenues and 10 streets, and it only takes about half an hour to walk the city from east to west, and everything in town is about 15 minutes from the central plaza.
Although you can use taxis or three-wheeled motobikes to get around La Antigua, I recommend walking. The town is best discovered on foot.
